Strategic direct mail
We don’t have to prove it anymore, direct mail is a great tool for real estate brokers to attract leads. But what are the best strategies in order to optimize your direct mail campaign ? We give you some tips in this article !
- Send mailings often (every month for example) and target a small area, instead of sending everywhere in the city once per year
- Plan mailings as soon as you list or sell a property, for example on 3 months after the date of sale or listing
- To obtain a better outcome, plan mailings on 1500 to 5500 addresses
- Make sure to not send direct mail during vacation time
- Prefer a short text, with catchy keywords
- Associate your direct mail campaign with a social media campaign as well, to create a domino effect and reach even more leads
- Add a QR code to your direct mail campaign in order to make it interactive
- Keep the same visual and send it several times
